Visitors Centre

The Bundaberg City Council Visitor Information Centres are located on Bourbong Street in the Central Business District, next to the Council Administration Buildings and at 271 Bourbong St. The Centre is an ideal location to provide residents and visitors alike with information on the Bundaberg region. The Centre provides maps, and information on events, the region, accommodation, restaurants, tourist, historical, fishing trips and car rental. A range of souvenirs is also available including a book and video on Bundaberg. Turtle tours, Lady Musgrave Island and Lady Elliott Island trips may be booked through the Centre. Visitors and residents travelling throughout Queensland can also obtain information for their chosen destination.

Front window displays and in-house exhibitions promoting local events, community organisations and tourist attractions are changed fortnightly or monthly. A notice board displaying coming events along with a daily weather report can be accessed 24 hours a day.

The Bundaberg City Visitor Information Centre is open Monday to Friday from 9.00am - 5.00pm and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00am - 4:00pm (Closed Public Holidays).
