  • Rum Distillery:Only place In the world where all facets of the sugarcane production occurs. Avenue Street, East Bundaberg. Tours weekdays on the hour 10am - 3pm weekend and Public Holidays 10am - 2pm. Admission charge applies.
  • Schmeiders Cooperage & Craft Centre: Age old art of barrel - making plus see glassblowing and bearmaking as well. Pottery and other handcraft on sale. Free admission
  • Coral Isles Kart & Slide:Have a ride on the go-karts and then cool of on the water slide. BBQ facilities are available. Admission charge applies.
  • Hinkler House Museum - home of the famous aviator Bert Hinkler. Open 10am - 4pm. Qld Hols 9.30am - 4.30pm. Closed Christmas Day, Good Friday, Anzac Day. Admission charge applies.
    • And don't forget Ann's Kiosk located In the BOTANIC GARDENS. Open 10am - 4pm daily.
  • Botanical Gardens Railway - Authentic steam train taking you on a scenic ride through the Botanic Gardens. Operates Sunday. Wed and Sunday during school holidays.
  • Tropical Winery - Australia's first non grape wine. Wines made out of Pineapple, Passionfruit, Strawberry, Carambola and Mango are just to name a few. Open Mon - Sat 9am - 5pm Sunday 9am - 1pm.
  • Historical Museum - Open 7 days Admission charge applies.
  • Sugar Museum - Museum for the local sugar industry. Old canecutters house. Admission charge applies.
  • Bundy Belle River Cruises - two and a half hour cruiser down the Burnett River. Leaving daily 9.30am and 1.30pm. Cost $13 per adult $10 Children. Friday and Saturday 6pm cruise down to the Port Marina stop for tea at Baltimores Restaurant. Make sure you book first.
  • Astronomical Society: Come and gaze at the stars. Open Friday nights from approx. 7.30pm. A small fee is charged. Come along for an evening filled with Information. Phone 41597232 for more details.
  • Turtles (season November - March) - Rangers available to speak to from 7pm. As it's nature, it is not guaranteed what time you will be able to proceed down to the beach to witness this fantastic spectacle of nature. Cost is $5 per adult. $2.50 for children/pensioners. A family pass costs $12.50.
  • Footprints Adventures: Looking for a tour to the tours, 1770 or a 4WD Camping Safari. Look no further. All of these tours are catered for. See the Visitors Centre for more Information.
  • Lady Elliot Island - Day tours available to the island. $219 per adult and $100 for children. Resort style accommodation is available on the island. Please ask at the Visitors Centre for further information.
  • Lady Musgrave Cruises - Cruise to the Great Barrier Reef's Lady Musgrave Island. A very unique way to spend your day. Includes snorkelling, underwater observatory, glass bottom boat, morning/afternoon tea, island walks, and semi-submersible. Boat leaves Every day at 8am except for Wednesday's and Friday's

  • Hoffman/Barolin Rocks: Part of the Woongarra Marine Park these are excellent places to snorkelling. Located approx. 15/20 minutes from the City Centre.
  • Arts Centre: The Centre of arts and culture in Bundaberg. Has great exhibitions a must see for the visitor. Located right in the Central Business District.
