development of multiple dwellings: 27-units 'Manta', 51-units and cafe 'JIA' and a 270-villa retirement resort 'Monace' located at Bargara
construction complete of the $6.5M Bundaberg Food Park Stage 1 of the Bundaberg Industrial Park
construction of the Bargara Lakes Tavern as stage one of the $10 million Bargara Lakes project
